Hello, I am currently not pleased on how Battlefield 4 looks and preforms on my computer and i want to figure out what parts I need to get to play at good settings
My current computer
http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/document?docname=c04079597&cc=us&dlc=en&lc=en
its name is HP Envy 700-216
my limit is around $300 but i can go a bit further
i at the very least want to play the game at 60 FPS
Any help is welcome:)
I currently get 30-45 FPS on low

Solution
Yup. I think thats the most powerful CPU you can stick in that socket. That may be true about it being the same as an A10. Hadnt thought of that. So at least get a 260x or 750ti.

I was under the impression that the Athalon 760k was pretty much the same processor as the A10 but without the integrated GPU. May be wrong though.

Just double checked and the Athalon x4 and the A10 6700 that he already has are very close to each other in performance. It would be a waste of money to buy the Athalon x4 760k since it wouldn't be much of an upgrade.

Just get the gtx 750 ti graphics card

What country are you in? If you are in the US then you can buy the GPU online at amazon or newegg.com, other countries have other sites.

The graphics card is compatible with your motherboard since it has a PCIe x16 slot for the GPU. Your power supply should support the GPU as long as you get a versions that does not require a 6 pin connector. Personally I would recommend upgrading your power supply to a 400w+ power supply of decent quality. Something like the Corsair CX 430 or the Antec VP 450w would work, the Seasonic 420w would be the best option but is typically more expensive.

Depends on the game. The gtx 750 ti averages about 35 FPS on Battle Field 4 Ultra Settings. Here is a review of the graphics card done by tomshardware;
