Well, my computer isn't as powerful as I need it to be so I was thinking of upgrading my Video Card.

Currently I have a AMD A8-6600K / Radeon HD 8570D Integrated.
I have 1x PCI Express x16 and was wondering if I buy MSI Radeon R9 270X 4GB TWIN FROZR Video Card will that fit inside the PCI Express x16 slot and will it work? Will my computer blow up? Will it not work? I really need help and am not so good with computers :/

Here is my current build:
CPU: AMD A8-6600K 3.9GHz Quad-Core Processor with Integrated Video Card which is a: AMD Radeon HD 8570D
RAM: Corsair Vengeance LP 4GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory
Mobo: Gigabyte GA-F2A88XM-DS2 Micro ATX FM2+ Motherboard
Case: CiT Callisto Mesh Micro-ATX Case with 12cm Blue LED Fan
Power Supply: Ace BR Black 500W Power Supply
Optical Drive: 24x DVD/CD Rewriter
Hard Drive: Seagate Barracuda 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive

Tell me if I missed anything.

If this is your PSU: http://www.scan.co.uk/products/500w-ace-psuace500br-uncertified-single-rail-1x120mm-fan-atx-v203-psu
...I'm afraid it is a very poor unit. It is cheaply made and only has a small 18A +12V rail. That is the rail (circuit) that handles most of the heavy work done by the PSU. It is in reality, a poor 250W PSU at best with its specs.
There really isn't a very good upgrade over the on-die GPU you now have that I could recommend as long as you have that PSU. At least none that would provide enough performance increase to warrant spending the money on. If you can afford both a new PSU and a new gfx card, please let me know the budget you have to work with and where you can shop. UK? US?
