Windows 8 dash virus dash network app question (I don't know which)

Ehm. I just installed a fresh Windows 8.1 and a few apps. Then, all of sudden I get this when I boot.

It doesn't make any sense. The only program I have installed (which is not generic AMD or MS-apps) is SoftPerfect Network Scanner.

Is it a virus? AVG doesn't say so. It doesn't do anything but when I boot it just pauses everything until I press a button. Then Windows boots normally.

Help! It's rather scary.

try running malware bytes and hitman pro see if they pick anything up. use msconfig see what loading up in start up. turn everything off but your avg see if the error stops.

Ok, just installed both programs. Nothing was detected. I then ran a safe boot from Msconfig (both diagnosis and safe mode actually), it didn’t change anything. The scary screen pops up BEFORE Windows is beginning to load and just a nanosecond after the initial “Press F2 to enter BIOS”-screen.

Everything is fine and dandy, but that load-screen is driving me nuts. Something is wrong :D

UPDATE: I got it. An external HD had this strange partition which - I don't know why - came before my HD. Very, very strange.
