I was wondering if it did. I'm in the process of getting my gpu ordered ( 780 ti ) and I want to get things up and running maybe before I get the GPU installed and that. Like getting my games installed and other software I need. Or would it be best to wait until I have the GPU to start?

4600 HD is IGPU from intel so its a potato. Good igpu starts with intel iris pro(from intel)
Now it depends what you want to play
For minecraft dota2 lol it will be enough
For WoT ,BF4 , crysis 3 and others dont expect miracles not even at lowest posible setings

Define playable please. I like to play a game at least on medium30+ else its just waste really.
And i qurantee you the hd 4600 will do neither of what i said( at least not on games that matter)
Also say the resolution resolution
For 1080p the r9 270x/ gtx 760 is enough
For 1440p the r9 280x/ gtx 770(the 4 gb is more suitable) is enough
For 2180p the r9 290x/ gtx 780ti is enough ( yet it can be improved by crossfire/SLI)
Note that the price gap is 50-100$ as you rise beteewn amd/nvidia and amd have certainly better prices.

you ask should you wait.

the answer is don't have to. just install the game and any soft you want
when the GPU get here go in and change the resolution ect....

that all .. the GPU with mother board is not bad ... i'm using that now until next month when i have money to buy gtx770
install game and soft could take couple of hours too... so why wait

enjoy your new card when it install.
