Best cheap mobo for i3 4150?

Looking at the 2 below right now. It will be a build for my stepdad. He basically only goes on youtube and ebay. Is there anything to be missed by not going up to the $70-$90 range vs the $40-$60 range?

No, there's absolutely no reason to get a more expensive motherboard, assuming these cheaper ones meet your requirements.

As far as which one, the choice is yours. The Gigabyte seems to have better reviews (slightly), but the MSI is a bit cheaper. Both will be just fine.

that msi board is great for your uses if you need a dirt cheap mobo, the only thing it lacks is a little bit of build quality, but that shouldnt make a difference the way your step dad will be using it.
