H440 Build Help?

I have a h440 case )white/black and i was wondering what other parts to go along with it i already have speakers monitor keyboard mouse i want to go with an i5 4670k processor though and 8gb of ram and non liquid cooling any suggestions? it has too be under 1500$ (preferably 1000$ or under) this computer will be used mostly for web browsing and gaming also should i replace my dell keyboard and dell mouse for a gaming one and should i get a monitor (my tv i use Vizio 19" is only 720p 1366x 768 resolution

I would not pair an i5 with a 750ti. The card is simply too weak to take advantage of the i5's power. The LOWEST card I would consider for an i5 build would be a 760 or 270x. IF you can't fit those in the budget, lower the CPU/ motherboard and get the best GPU you can.
