ok so my hp pc booted normally on sat. July 12th. this morning i turned my pc on and accidentally unplugged the power from my pc. after that, i turned it on again and it took so long to get to the log in screen. when it finally did, i selected my user and the words "welcome" appeared (it took a long time again) after that, it said "Could not connect to System Event Notification Service" and it forced me to log on an admin user, which i did. after i logged on, the screen went black and only the cursor appears. the screen stays like that for 10 minutes and all the programs start to appear again. even after all that, none of the programs function normally. they're all so slow and buggy.
i tried doing a system restore and i cleaned the inside of my machine but the same problems happen.
i want to know if there's anything i can do because i'm not sure if the problem came from me accidentally unplugging the power or malware i wasn't aware of
