Hey guys, so, I have a new Kraken x61 clc, and fortunately, the cooler comes with almost everything preinstalled. The block already comes with the intel bracket and retention ring installed on it, and all you have to do is install the backplate, then screw in the standoffs, put the block on, then put on some endcaps. However, even with the caps screwed in as far as they'll go, the water block still wiggles quite a bit on top of the mobo.
I was sure that couldn't be right, but given that I had checked the instructions multiple times over, it appears that I haven't missed anything. Sure enough, when I booted up my system, my processor was running at 88 celsius, just idling in the uefi. No matter how tight I screw in any of the pieces, the block still wiggles around. Given that the cooler is very new, I couldn't really find any help online, so anyone else have this problem?
