Hey guys, Am having second thoughts on what PSU I should get.

This is the build I will most likely get

CPU: i5 4690k
CPU cooler: Hyper 212 EVO
Motherboard: ASRock Z97 pro 4
Video card: Gigabyte R9 290
Memory: Kingston HyperX 2x4 GB 1600
Storage SDD: Crucial MX100 256GB
Storage HDD: 2 500GB HDD
Case Fans: 7 in total
Others: LED strip

Am worried about the PSU and the 12V rail amps

this is what I plan on getting COUGAR A-Series A760 says 30amps on the 12V

will that PSU work for the R9 290 and probably OC'd CPU along with the fans and LEDs

My second choice would be SeaSonic M12II 750 but its $30 more expensive

Solution
Haswell support is a marketing scheme and does not matter. It has to do with hybernate and stand-by low level p-state and is nothing you should worry about.

12v1 + 12v2= 48Amps ; the r9 290 has one six pin and one eight pin so you should take advantage of both 12v rails.

Cougar are made by HEC. While HEC is not a bad psu manufacturer, its products are much weaker than Seasonic's.

I would recommend you get a seasonic 600w as its more than enough to power your system. 750w is a bit overkill

worried 600W wont do the job with the added LED fans and everything else.

I dont have a wide choice of PSUs since I'm ordering from amazon and it has to be AmazonGlobal Eligible to ship to me.

if you guys have any other recomendations ill be happy to hear some

I did have a look at that PSU before on amazon
http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B003HE260I/ref=ox_sc_sfl_title_5?ie=UTF8&psc=1&smid=ATVPDKIKX0DER

but on newegg it says it no for haswell support, not sure what that means. also i read the R9 290 needs atleast 30amps on the 12V rails, and that one says +12V1@24A, +12V2@24A, which I dont know what it means
