This is my budget gaming pc that I am planning to build. I have a tight budget around $400 - 450 and I am wondering weather this computer will be worth my while.

Motherboard: ASRock H81M
CPU: Intel Pentium G3240
GFX: XFX Radeon R7 240 2gb
RAM: G.Skill Value F3-10600CL9D-4GBNS 4GB (2x2GB) DDR3
HDD: Western Digital WD blue 500gb
PSU: Aerocool VP450 450W True power
Case: Silverstone Precision PS08 Micro ATX Case black

what games will it run, and on what settings? I would appreciate tips and tricks. cheers. also i can only get my parts from pccasegear because i live in melbourne :/

Alright I have a HD 6450, and that has 160 stream processors. R7 240 has double that. I'd say pre 2010 games mostly high on 1080p, while modern games low @ 1080 or 720p. Yes those combo of parts will run better, however, I advise you spend 5 more bucks to get the 1tb version of that hdd.

Ultimately it's your decision.

Good luck.

nope. your psu is fine. its in teir 2b of the psu quality list here i think. Teir 1, 2a, 2b are the psu u want to shoot for.

450w is enough for this build and thw proves the reliability of the psu. your psu is fine

Easily. Should be fine up to a hd 7850 or higher if you dremel out some drive cages. The r7 240 goes barely past the pcie slot on mobos so you should be more than fine.
