Had the Toshiba Ultrabook Z930 for a fair while (Windows 8.1). Since a couple of weeks ago I can only connect successfully to wifi at my office. However at home I can connect but then it immediately drops out as soon as I click the first link on a loaded page. I go through the tedious troubleshooter that tries everything else before "reset the wifi-2 adapter" which will bring it back - for one page before dying again.

Every other device at home can connect no problems. I can connect via the ethernet cable at home too.

I've tried connecting using my phone (SG5 KK) but that no longer works either. Also tried on another wifi network when travelling and no connection either.

Why does it only work in one place? And it works very well.

I've googled this to death but found nothing useful.

Thanks in advance.

Thanks for the reply. You don't think it sounds like a software issue? I was wondering if I could download a new driver perhaps? The signal at home should be good enough as the computers at the same point work fine. However you are probably right about the router - it needs replacing as it drops out a lot.
