More than you would use, and do you want the VI hero or the VII hero? If building now I recommend the latter:

Most premium boards support at least three case fans plus a CPU fan. You can SPLIT the fan connection if needed such as having two front fans using the same fan header.
Thus you likely support at least SIX case fans plus two CPU fans.

Yep, there's 3 chassis fan headers a CPU and a CPU-OPT and as Photonboy said you can split or even use molex adapters
