I need someone to build a better PC (preferably Intel and Nvidia) on pcpartpicker for less than or equal to $700. Please include the OS (Windows 7 64-bit).

I don't have any experience with wireless LAN cards (allotted ~$50 for that). Maybe someone can help you with that.
You can change the case if you like.
I also don't know how Mail-In Rebates work. T_T
