Windows freezing when booting up

Hello everyone. I recently bought a new case and transferred all of my internals over to it. However, when I first started my PC, it said something about recent hardware or software failures have prevented it from booting. I fixed this by switching the RAM back to its correct slots.

I have a two-drive system - one HDD for storage, and one SSD for Windows. At first, it didn't detect my SSD, and now BIOS detects it, but when I boot from the SSD it gives me the option to either run start-up repair or start Windows normally. First, I tried start-up repair and it said it could not automatically fix Windows for me. Then, I restarted the computer, and tried starting Windows normally. It began to boot, but then didn't change from the screen that says "Starting Windows." The glowing icon animation still pulses, but the screen doesn't change.

I also tried putting in my copy of Windows and running a start-up repair, but it doesn't give me the option to boot from the disk.

Could anybody please help? Thank you so much in advance!

The configuration is off some how.

Disconnect everything except the OS drive if possible, and see if it boots. Consider just using 1 stick of RAM (remember it's dual channel, it does matter where you put each stick)

If can get in, shut it off and start adding components back.

I disconnected one stick of RAM (they are in the correct slots), the GPU, HDD, and disk drive, so that the SSD is the only thing left. It says,

"Reboot and Select Proper Boot Device or insert boot media in selected boot device and press a key."

Check your BIOS settings, confirm it's set to boot from the SSD. Confirm the SSD is attached correctly as well.

That hadn't worked either.

Did you change any hardware, besides the case? Might be easier just to format the SSD. Any data on the other drives should be accessible.
Make sure you have secure boot enabled in the BIOS as well.
