Hello I have been wondering if it is possible to hear sound from 2 different outputs by using the headset "Turtle Beach Earforce PX 21".

So what I want is to be able to hear my Console Sound and my PC sound from the same headset at the same time.

any help would be appreciated.

You already have most of the things you need if what I thought up works (I'll state it again just in case: I AM NOT SURE THIS WILL WORK.)
If the console has an audio out jack, you might just need a male-male audio cable going from the console to your line-in jack, with the price for it not higher than 5$.

If it has a S/P-DIF out only or none at all (meaning it carries them through the video cable), you might need some kind of adapter/dongle in the former case, which could cost a bit more, and a capture card in the latter, which will cost A LOT more, not to mention it would be a waste if you're getting such a thing just for hearing windows sounds.

If you don't have time or don't want to try this, there's always the cheapo...

As far as my knowledge goes, you need some kind of audio feedback going from your console to your PC audio card's audio-input jack (mostly named line-in, although I've seen it get different names on some devices).

Once that is done, you need to enable stereo mix under your windows recording devices. It could be hidden, so you need to right click the window and select the options to view hidden and/or disabled devices.

Once that is done, the last step would be to set the earpads to listen upon another device, and select stereo mix. That should be under your earpads' properties in your reproduction devices.

This should let you hear both console sounds and pc sounds, as long as the earpads are connected to pc. It's something I thought up at the moment, so I'm not sure it will work :p

Keep the earpads connected to console when you're playing and get a pair of compact, in-ear earbuds to wear under them (connected to pc).
BAM! Double audio....
