ASUS Z97-PRO uefi not recognizing mouse and keyboard

So I just powered on my new build and went into the uefi, but my mouse and keyboard just won't work! I've tried plugging both into USB 3.0, 2.0, whatever combination, they don't work!

Have you tried with a PS3 keyboard? Might need a BIOS update

Hey! I decided to just try again with my usb peripherals and they ended up working just fine after about 2 reboots. What do you know! Thanks for the help though.
