So I have finally got enough money to build myself a [nice] computer. This is my first build so I'm sorry if I was a noob in some places. I think I have a good build, but let me know if there is anyway to make it run as fast for possibly a bit cheaper, cause I did go over my mark by a bit. Anyway, here's the build:
AMD FX-8350 4.0GHz 8-core Processor (125W)
ASRock970 EXTREME4 ATX AM3+ AMD 970 Chipset
Kingston Blue 16GB (2 x 8GB) 240-pin DDR3-1333 - (1.5V)
Kingston SSD 120GB - For OS and C4D/PS
Western Digital 1TB HDD RPM 7200 - For everything else
XFX Radeon R9 280X 3GB GDDR5 850MHz Core Clock - (250W)
Azza Solano 1000R ATX Full Tower 5 fans 2x out 3x in - If you look at the pictures it does have frontal USB 3.0 ports even though PCPartPicker doesn't recognize it
Cooler Master VSM 650W 80+ Gold Certified ATX PSU
Windows 7 Prof. SP1 (OEM) (64-bit)
http://pcpartpicker.com/p/nvvjBm - Full Build

Any suggestions are great, I just want to know if there is any way for me to make it about $200 cheaper without sacrificing any speed.

i took out the ssd and 16gb ram, as you only need 8gb for gaming, and spent the money on an intel build, it will be faster, cooler, and use less power, and i got a 290.

I'd do something like this. An I5 with no iGPU, cuts down the TDP, and a 290x. These should be fine at stock speeds for a really good 1080p or even 1440p gaming rig.

Only this computer is not just for gaming, it will be for video editing, graphics, and rendering. I will also be using it for entertainment, though that probably doesn't require much power xD
