Have I messed up my first build with the airflow?

Hi guys, have I messed up my first build? This is the first time I completely build my own PC from the ground up. I got a corsair 350d case with an asus maximus gene vii as motherboard and, taking into account the front of the corsair 350d has some kind of lid and a dust protector, I got two noctuas nf-f12 for the front, you know, the ones with really high static pressure so it could suck air through all that resistance. For the back of the case, I got the same fan as exhaust... I just don't have a clue on why did I do that taking into account it's a high static pressure fan and the back of the case offers no pressure since that part is open flow. For the top of the case I got two Noctuas 140mm FLX as exhaust so it would get all that hot air from the inside ofthe case and throw it right out. The other thing to take into considerations is that my GPU is an R9 290X Tri-X OC, which means it will be spreading a ton of hot air through the case. Have I created a mess of airflow and temp? Or will my setup work fine and keep the temps low, specially on that graphics card?

Well, you need to understand how the air is manifesting while its heated. Firstly, you need to make sure youre getting the coolest air, that being under the case, or somewhere in the lower part of the case, then make sure that you take out the hot air, which is lifting up into the case, so your backside case fans should be near the top, or somewhere close to the middle. GPU fans only take the air out horizontally, so I don't think you need to be worrying to much, but see how the PSU has it's fans and what's the method of cooling inside-ward or outside-ward. As long you take the hot air out, you should be fine.

Okay, that I do understand. I guess what I should have asked from the beginning is this:

Taking into account all of the components I mentioned, the case with restricted space, the somewhat hot r9 290x tri-x and the fact taht it blows air inside the case, the multiple noctua fans in the setup I said, will I be able to build a system that holds acceptable to good temps? Will I be able to mantain 5 hour gaming sessions without making it overheat and making the gpu downclock itself? Is there something I could make better without spending much?
