Current Build:
CPU: i5-4670K 3.4Ghz
Mobo: MSI Z87-G45
RAM: (2x4GB) Gskill Ripjaws X 2133Mhz
Video Card: Gigabyte Geforce GTX 770 4GB
Current PSU: Ultra LSP 650W

I'm looking to triple SLI the 770 for a total of 12GB, maxing out the RAM at 8GB a stick clocked at 3000Mhz and upgrading the process to most up to date i7 that fits the 1150 socket. Looking for a recommendation for a PSU to handle all that hardware.

when you have multiple cards in sli, the vram, does not add, you will still only have 4gb, but 4gb vram is plenty for triple monitor gaming anyways. also, 2133 ram is PLENTY fast, 3000 will just cause problems.

Triple SLI - you want to run 8-4-4? Why not a pair of 780s or 780TIs at 8-8 (or a different mobo and 16-16). Also as mentioned above you won't have 12GB in a Tri SLI. Also doubt you could run 3000 with 4670K, depending on the individual CPU (and it's strength, might well have trouble running 2800 sticks

i would get a single R9 295 x2 if you want to spend that much, it is 2 290x's in a single card, and only needs 500 watts max for itself, much less than 3 770's.

Not true - the 295x2 cannot run on a 500w unit. realhardtechx suggests 1000w unit.
So, likely the least you'd go with is a good quality 750/850/860w unit.

i know, i meant a max of 500w for the card itself.

Ah, correct, but afraid the OP would think a 500w PSU is enough to run a sys with a 295x2.
The 295x2 actually uses a lot less power than two 290x's in CF, so it is a good choice
in that regard.

yeah, good way to kill a 500w psu XD a high quality 850 watt psu or higher would work for a 295 x2 if you were considering that.
