Best paint to paint the 750d ?/Scratch cleaning

Hi! I recently tried painting the Corsair 750D with Plasti-Dip I live in the Midwest and was wondering if anyone could recommend a better paint for me, I will be painting the steel panels with Red Stripes And the SSD Brackets And the Vga Brackets on the back I need the paint to be easy for designs. Also if anyone knows a way to remove scratches from the acrylic that would be great

there is a buffing product for the acrylic and cleaner for the case some use car paint check on some modders site .

Something like this http://www.amazon.com/NOVUS-7100-Plastic-Polish-Kit/dp/B002UCYRZU for scratch remaoval. As for the paint use a primer first on the metal surfaces then choose a hard wearing paint (Hammerite or other product). Note that with some paints a primer will not be needed but the surfaces must be cleaned properly before painting.
