Hi all.
Can someone please held. I have a brand new external and it has been working perfectly. I just plug it in and do my thing.
But a week or two down its just doesn't work. I plug it in and the laptop detects it(though it's not seen in my computer) and then 10 secs later it like it gets plugged out by itself. It can't possibly be broken can it? It's brand new.....
Please help as all my data is on this drive
