Hello everyone,
I'm addressing the community here because I've been struggling with this issue for a very long time, without success. I'm desperate, and in need of assistance.

Problem Description
My rig spec:
Motherboard: Gigabyte Z87x-UD3H.
CPU: Intel Core I5 4570 on default 3.2 GHZ (not overclocked).
GPU: nVidia 770 GTX (Gigabyte).
RAM: 16 GB Crucial Ballistix.
HD: Sandisk Pulse SSD (128 GB, OS mostly), and a Seagate 1TB one for data (games, etc.)
IGPU: Intel 4600 (On processor GPU).
OS: Windows 8.1 (Fully updated)

The problem is when I try to disable the Intel GPU - either from the UEFI (Bios) or from Windows. Either with Intel's drivers, or with Windows WHQL version, I constantly receive BSOD's.

I've tried:
1. Installing every driver possible:
- Chipset.
- Intel LAN
- nVidia (few versions, latest one installed now).
- Intel GPU.
- Intel management engine interface (with, and without it).
- Realtek sound drivers and control panel.
2. Flashing the BIOS (3 different versions, currently is the latest one, F9).
3. Reinstalling OS.
4. Disabling IGPU through the BIOS (UEFI).
5. Disabling the IGPU through Windows.

No matter what I do, every single time I try to disable the IGPU, the system becomes HIGHLY unstable, and in a matter of 20-30 minutes, I get constant BSOD's, they look all over the place.

Few examples (From Bluescreenview):

Please note that not every BSOD is receiving a Minidump file, and those are a few examples, that I believe describe the issue quite well, but they aren't in the order they happened. But they all happen only when I disable the IGPU.

Please assist,
Thank you.

Solution
Yeah, you shouldn't have to disable the iGPU, though I am concerned why you're seeing so many memory related BSODs with it disabled. Might want to run a memory test at some point, just to make sure something else isn't going on...

In any case, the NVIDIA card should be the primary one. Worst case, you can force this through the NVIDIA control panel.

First, thank you for answering.

Second, When I do leave IGPU activated, I cannot get into 'Video options' in Frostbite based games, which is irritating.
Why should I accept a condition in which the IGPU is forced to be on?

Is there no solution to this?

Could you please tell me how I do it in NVidia's CPL? I tried to find it by myself, but didn't succeed.
