So EVGA sent me my RMA replacement and after I installed the GPU I got these random coloured dots appeared, but when I had no drivers installed due to me uninstalling the drivers to see if it was the monitor there were no dots, also there were no dots when I had my old 4870 installed while waiting for my RMA replacement. I sent EVGA a question and posted a thread on their forums and the guys on the forums were saying it was my monitor or my DVI-D cable, but I've stated that there were no dots while my old GPU was installed and when there were no GPU drivers installed also I've tried my VGA cable to see if it was the DVI-D cable but it was not.

thanks for the detailed information - as the GPU exchange product was pre-tested and running flawless; you mentioned you removed all the AMD driver within an open source tool like driver fusion, first?
I sent them a reply saying I've Uninstalled drivers, restart and went into safe mode, used driver cleaner pro to wipe all instances of amd/nvidia gpu drivers, restarted and installed the latest drivers from nvidia.
The dots change position and sometimes disappear when I click on the screen or click a link then the dots come straight back, the photos I've posted below the dots are coloured but in the photo may seem white
