There are several reasons why he may have it.
1) Full of crap, it's not out yet.
2) Beta or Alpha program of some sort.
3) Developer working on it.
4) Leaked copy...
And so on and so forth, there are lots of reasons both legit and non legit, who's to say though. I'm sure he meant 4 as well though. They are right next to each other on the keyboard.
