Recently, my computer cannot boot up and it had 4 sound of beep. According to AMI BIOS, it was a system timer failure and I decided to take off CPU cooler backplate to solve this problem. Is there any problem with my installation of backplate or is it the motherboard is too sensitive to backplate?
Specs that you will need:
Intel Core i5 2400
ASRock Z77M
CM Hyper 212X

It can be RAM. Try 1 in different slots.

4 short beeps = RAM not detected.
Can be bad bios, bad RAM, bad voltages to RAM, damaged elements near RAM slots.

Try all tests with default parameters.

That's the problem. I cannot run my RAM @ 1.500v with 1600MHz. I got to lower it to run without computer being freeze. Or else, I got to run 1.500v at 1333MHz

Is your RAM immortal?
Anyway, easy to temporary change RAM for test (than change mobo/cpu).
And better to get next RAM that is in QVL for your mobo.

So, left only 3 things:
1. RAM bad. <--- If you have few sticks and tried each stick alone in different DIMM slots = RAM can be OK (or all RAM can be bad).
2. Mobo bad. <--- May have voltages problem (or maybe bios problem).
3. CPU *i5 2400* can work with RAM DDR3-1066/1333. >>>LINK<<<
