Computer Wont Post unless I turn of power supply and drain power.

Hello, my computer wont post unless I turn of power supply and drain power, then turn it back on and retry. I built my computer about 6 months ago and I have been doing this everyday since I built it. Its not causing any other problems I can think of. I just really wish I didnt have to do this every day. If anyone knows the solution I would be very greatful! I think it has to do with my mobo or my psu.

I had one that if I used restart it would not I would have to turn the psu off and count to 5 and start the computer but if I shut it down normally by using the shut down and not restart there was no issues wit starting up .. after fooling around with stuff it just came down to the motherboard all parts worked fine on other systems

This is a really really late response but I have adjusted to my computer beng this way but next month I am upgrading my mobo and cpu so I guess I wont have this issue. Thanks!
