Asus K55VM BIOS binary

I had given my Asus K55VM for repair to a local technician. He says that the bios needs to be flashed again but he could not find the bios binary file for this laptop anywhere online. He says this is different from the BIOS download on the Asus support website.

Does anyone know where i can download this file?

It could be the same. I did a lot of searching, but everything is pointing to the BIOS files on Asus support page http://support.asus.com/download.aspx?SLanguage=en&m=K55VM&os=30
Do you think this file is the full BIOS binary that can be flashed?

How do i contact Asus? Customer Support?

What makes him think it's the wrong bios? I would use it.
