Should I get the Titan Black or AMD R9 Radeon 295X2?
I would be using this for Extreme Gaming and attempting to have games on ultra settings or as high as I can get them.

Also if you have improvements that could make my PC better then please tell me:)

This is my pc I would be getting: http://www.pcspecialist.co.uk/computers/intel-haswell-pc/

Thanks

Solution
well, the 295 x2 will give much better performance, but i would recommend you build your own pc, using this website http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/ you can build it yourself cheaper and get higher quality parts.

Also by purchasing of PC Part Picker would I build the pc myself?

I would need a version of windows but for a monitor I could pay up to £300 for one plus the £2600 PC so all in £2900 including PC and Monitor. I have mouse and keyboard.
Thanks

the pc is about 2340 pounds and the monitor is about 575 pounds, but thats because you cant really get a more powerful pc without adding a second r9 295 x2 XD so i got a 4K monitor, this should play games on high-ultra settings 4k :)

Thank you so much for doing that for me:) I really appreciate that:) so the 4K display would bring out full colour and depth on high settings:) The PC is a beast. Much better than the one I had designed:) Thanks again:)

yes, but that is not hard to do, its just like lego's for adults. if you arent comfortable doing that, which i would understand for such an expensive build, you should be able to find a place that will put your parts together for no more than 50 pounds.

Okay, I have a shop near me which offer the service, I shall get them to do it for me and can you buy the parts all at once or do you have to buy them singularly?

Honestly you could get the same pc from cyber power for much much cheaper. People love to think the diy option is cheaper but they get components cheaper. Doing it yourself is fun and pretty easy. But saving a thousand or so is better.

then please build an identical build to the one i made, from cyber power, for cheaper, and post it.

hopefully that link works, this build is at 2528 or 1484 pounds, this will have about the same performance, and with this you have plenty of room left in your budget to get add a ton more, you could get a full loop water cooling system a big SSD, whatever youd like.
