clone raid to single ssd

Hello!

Atm i have 2 64gb ssd's in raid 0 and im thinking of buying a single 500gb samsung 840 evo ssd and would like to clone my raid 0 setup to the single ssd.

Is this possible? i have my os and all programs etc installed on the raid setup then i have a normal 1tb drive for just storage etc.

But what program and so would be best to use to clone the raid setup to single drive? and would there be any problems or anything in the future of doing this?

Use clonzilla to clone to the new drive.
Disconnect the new drive, and then set the old drives to non-raid mode in raid bios.
    Disconnect and reconnect new sdd.
Change BIOS so disk mode is now AHCI and set the new drive as boot device.
Windows should just work, if not, startup in safe mode and load the AHCi driver for your motherboard.

Nope i never got to the point of doing this as i had to reinstall windows anyways so i just installed it normaly and did not use raid anymore so cant really answer if it works to close raid 0 with the suggested programs.
