Current rig:

My current rig:

MOBO: Asus AMD m5a97le

RAM: 8GB Kingston (2x 4GB sticks, not HyperX or anything special, just standard I assume)

PSU: LSP ULTRA 650W (Assuming I should upgrade)

GPU: AMD Radeon HD7770 @ Stock

CPU: AMD FX-6100 @ Stock

HDD: Some generic WD Blue 500GB HDD

If I replace the HD7770 with a GTX770 4GB will my machine bottleneck it much?

No - just.

But you need a better power supply to run it eg Seasonic 620

yes, the 6100 would be the bottleneck in cpu-intensive games, a 8320 or i5 would be just fine though.

will you get the same performance if paired with an Intel i5, NO. But, you will get a tremendous performance boost over the HD7770.

well, an i3-4130 is significantly better than an fx 6100.

Wouldn't hurt to OC a little.
Also 4 gigs ram is a minimum, could add to 8.
Totally agree with upgrading PSU.
