I have now finished every aspect of my build apart from the purchase of my gfx card. I wasn't particularly worried until i looked up the dimensions of the card. I know the card can fit my case (Zalman z11 plus) for deffinate but i'm not sure if it will fit my p7h55-m/usb3 mobo which is a mATX. If you look at a picture of the mobo you'll see that the pcie slot comes very close to the bottom of the ram slots and i'm worried that these may just be slightly to far forwsrd for me to fit the 10.5" graphics card, any answers or help would be great!

yes, any pcie x16 card will fit in any mobo with a pcie x16 slot, which all do since around 2005-ish i think.
