Microphone on headset does not work when connected to laptop.the microphone does work as tested on another device but when an identical device also has the same problem. It is not recognized, does not appear in system devices or recording devices.
I feel like I have tried everything searched everywhere and it has got me no where. Any help would be great! Thanks in advance
