You will need USB stick.
Download correct bios from asus site, put file at the root of USB stick.
Run system in bios advanced mode. Use *Tool* tab. Use Asus EZ Flash. Pick file of your new downloaded bios.
NOTE: If you will use wrong bios file - mobo will not work and will be hard to fix it.

Well, you said P8H61-M in your first post...
So, now you can update bios on version H87-PRO BIOS 2001
And for that you will need BIOS updater.
