i have a gaming computer now but its not strong enough atm to play and render at the same time mother board is asrock something dunno know what amd chip have 8gb ram 100g hdd
graphic card is gtc 550ti

but i have to computer i may buy but dunno what one better could anyone help me please 7

Neither of those setups is going to allow you to game and render at the same time, unless by gaming you mean Solitaire. Video editing/rendering is one of the most resource intense uses you can put your computer to - even systems that cost 6-8 times as much as these would be hard put to do both simultaneously. Even the ones that can are going to sacrifice performance on one side or the other, or both.

If you're definitely going with one of the listed systems, at a minimum I would recommend adding in a hard drive and allocate one for OS and applications and the other for media.
 
This will kick the poo out of either of the systems you initially listed. This is full-up without OS - depending on what you can scavenge from your current system, you might be able to remove some of the items on the list and re-allocate the money towards upgrading some of the others:

Again, systems optimized for rendering can usually game well, but not all gaming systems do well at rendering. This is set for gaming, but will render okay too, just not at the same time.
 


It's possible he has serviceable RAM - something like that would be worth considering adding to the mix. Can't think of anything else that's likely, though.
