will an i5 4210m paried with gtx 850 gddr5(2GB) perform better in games or an i7 4712hq paired with gtx 850m ddr3(4gb)?

850m is an upper midrange graphic card which is by no means slow: it will play most games in 1080p with mid-high settings. Why do you give a sloppy opinion without an understanding on the topic?

The graphics card will be bottlenecking games far sooner than the CPU, so an i7 will be a waste.
