Hello,
Razer Blackwidow Ultimate is not being detected in windows. I can't do anything with it, it is like unplugged keyboard. I have installed the newest drivers from razer. Any ideas what to do?

EDIT: I tried to install new update of Razer Synapse, but after 2 hours since I started it, it was on 0% so I decided to restart PC and try it again. After I restarted PC keyboard stopped working and now is "dead".

I tried plug it in every usb port, it doesn't work. I can't get as well into windows. When I open Razer Synapse it writes "Please connect a Razer Synapse 2.0 enabled device". I already reinstalled every driver as well. I have this keybord for 3 weeks and this is make me rly sick :/

It it won't work in the BIOS, it's likely the keyboard is faulty.

To be sure that it's not something like a weird incompatibility with your motherboard, do you have another computer you can test it on. If it doesn't work on another computer, then it's definitely the keyboard. You'll have to return if for RMA (hopefully it's under warranty), if not you'll have to replace it.

It doesn't work on another PC as well, I installed everything, but keyboard is still "death". Is possible, when I interrupted the update this happened? It's interesting...

You say updating? Do you mean a firmware update on the keyboard itself? I had a similar thing happen to me when I was updating the firmware on my son's Ouroboros. It became unresponsive. I had to use another mouse, but I was finally able to get it to flash the firmware. I don't remember exactly what I did to get it to finally update. I think I had to download a utility from Razer.

I have the solution. Razer makes shit products that have a tendency to "brick" when there is an update. However, this has happened to me and i have fixed this. You'll need two things, a usb stick and another PC to use it with. The trick is that the computer cannot recognize the keyboard as anything, it's like in a amnesia. Anyways, what you do is first you need to download the Razer Blackwidow Ultimate configurate v1.07 and in one of it's directories there should be a bootloader folder. Copy and paste the folder onto the usb stick. Now go on another laptop, plug in the keyboard, go onto the device manager and it should be listed as "unknown device", right click and update drivers. Browse the drivers toward the usb bootloader folder and upload it. It should now be a razer bootloader, all you do now is just press FN while on the configurator. and it should configure. Then you download the drivers.

The problem here is that when you interrupted the update, the firmware crashed. You need to manually flash it back on. When you press FN and if the razer bootloader doesn't load, you need to manually flash it by downloading version 1.07 configurator and grab the bootloader folder (All of it). I just fixed my blackwidow few days ago with the same exact problem with the same reason of disconnecting while updating.
