Battlefield 3 is lagging

Hello there again!

So, I wanted to play Battlefield 3, so I started it up and did a quick match.
Upon starting up, the game was lagging like crazy, I waited for 10 minutes, still lagging crazy(by lagging I mean 1-2 FPS)
I don't know what to do, I hope I get help again!

Well, I play it on ultra with 50-90 fps(Mostly I play with V-sync then it's about 55-60) but, here they are:

Windows 8.1
AMD FX 6350 @ 3.9Ghz
ASUS M5A97 LE R2.0
Club 3D Radeon HD 7870 GHz Edition
6GB DDR3-1333 Dual Channel memory
Cooler Master TX3 Evo Cooler, soon to be the Arctic freezer extreme rev2.0 or something.
Sharkoon WPM600 PSU
Sharkoon Vaya case, soon to be the Corsair 200R
60GB SSD for OS and important stuff
500GB HDD for games.

Try running the game once on completly low setting and see if you are still getting low FPS

I've just tried it, it goes from 1-2 fps to 6 fps >.>

What Are your temperatures at and what is your gpu load. And does this occur randomly or in certain maps

It does occur randomly so far, temperatures and gpu load, i dont know, ill check it, where do I find my gpu load?

i recommend using msi afterburner for loads and temps since its all right there and you can see fps at same time

So I just played a game of conquest on 6 fps :O.
The average GPU usage is 85
average temp is about 64 celsius degrees

Do you have latest catalyst drivers installed? If yes remove them and try and reinstall if not update to them I recommend using the latest beta drivers also have you removed the card from your pci slot and re seated it

Yes, I did, nothing worked though, so I just grabbed my windows installation disk and reinstalled windows 8.1, that seemed to helped to low fps, but now I've got another problem >.>

What about your cpu temp? how is that? The latest version of msi afterburner will tell you cpu core temps.

Well, speccy says that they're both running at 64 celsius degrees when gaming, but, yeah, I think I need to choose a best answer though, because I don't think I can post my other problem here.
