Would this build be good enough to run most games on at least medium-high quality at 60fps? This is my first PC build and I don't know a whole lot about PC specs so any help would be greatly appreciated.

Switch the 270x with a 270 and oc it. Same performance, maybe even more, for $50 less

Good build but i would really suggest going for an i5. Games like watch dogs are now requiring 4-cores to even run.
