I'm looking into buying new graphics card and i was thinking maybe a R9 290x or a Evga 780, I'm sure that my powersupply will run a 780 but im not sure about the R9 290x. My specs will down below, please help if you can:)

CPU: i5-4670K running at 3.40, 3.80 turbo cooled with a liquid cooler

The PSU has enough wattage, but it's a mediocre power supply quality-wise and certainly not of the quality that I'd want to push with a really powerful GPU.

Now, if it's a GX *II* rather than GX, that's a different story. The updated one is an improvement, though it's the V series PSUs that are CM's good ones.
