Download HW monitor and tell us the RPM's your various fans are running at, i am almost certain it will be your processor heatsink that is causing the issues.

Try taking the side of your case off and listening to the sound coming from each fan.

I'm almost 100% certain it will fit in your case, but if you want to be absolutely sure, measure the inside of your case, the heatsink assembly has these dimensions:
120 x 80 x 159 mm

it is a pretty silent cooler and is widely regarded as one of the best coolers out there.
