H90 Buzzing noise

Hello all :)
I had an Antec Kuhler 650 AIO, and sold it to a friend because it made an annoying buzzing noise that seemed to be coming from the pump, and he didn't mind about that. I replaced it with a much more expensive H90, but no matter where I put the rad it buzzes just as loud as the antec did. This can't be normal, could I have gotten really unlucky and gotten 2 oddly loud watercooling pumps? Or might my PSU or motherboard or something else be the issue? I've tried to ignore it but it's the loudest component in my pc by far. I'm apprehensive to RMA it as I'm not sure if it's something else in my PC causing it to buzz, but that seems very unlikely. What seems even more unlikely is that I got 2 defective, buzzing units. So confused and frustrated :/

If anyone can help me out I'd be much appreciated :) Sorry about my bad grammar and everything, I'm real tired and wanted to type this out before I go to bed. Thank you in advance!

Other components are; Msi z97 gaming 3, cfi 600w psu, nzxt h440, gigabyte gtx 760 and a 4670k oced to 4.1ghz for now.

Emm, umm, you said it has a pump, so it needs power, maybe you should make sure if it has enough power. You're completely sure its the water cooling system, maybe it's another component. Or it's not placed properly.

Umm yeah, the pump is connected to the cpu fan 1 port, and the fan on the rad is connected to the cpu fan 2 port. it's definitely the cooler as when I used the stock cooler temporarily it made no noise at all. This sucks, and to make it worse the website I bought it from now stock the NZXT AIOs, which would have been so much better... ugh.

My CPU fan made really annoying buzzing noise when I'd hit it accidentally with my hand. So make sure nothing's in the way. There might be a problem with the CPU fan's bearing shield, or just bearings, that model being poorly designed/ architectured.

Nope, no offence but i'm not stupid :p there is no CPU fan. It's a water cooler. There is a fan on the rad but that isn't making the majority of the noise. Thanks for trying to help out <3

Anyoneee? :( Not sure if I should bother trying an RMA or not.
