Current graphics sucks,could anyone help?

hey,

i have this laptop for a few years (Sony vaio VGN-FW21E) and the Graphics are realy outdated..
i'd like to play games on high graphics (such as GW2 or blade & soul)
but it is a laptop so i cant replace things that easily

Currrent laptop features
GPU ATI Mobility Radeon HD 3400 Series
CPU Intel® Core™2 Duo CPU
RAM 4 GB

I did some research myself and thinking of building a gaming pc but with a affordable price
i found these things but i dont know if theyre good enough to play games like that on high settings
Does anyone know? if yes, please answer

CPU AMD FX-4300 3800 AM3+
GPU VGA ASUS NVD GTX650-DC-1GD5
Motherboard MSI 970A-G43 - Motherboard - ATX

these things do cost a bit more then i wanted but if its needed to get the graphics and stuff i like, its worth it :D

but im a noob at building computers so does the harddisk and the power supply have to fit with these to?
