Some questions about Sabertooth 990fx r2.0 HELP

Hi,
I buy new board,Sabertooth 990fx r2.0,and now i have some questions :)
1)I have Chiftec power(500W),but he have only 4 pin for CPU,board have 8pin,Can i run FX 8320,whit stock cooler,and no OC?I don't have good GPU,no requires extra power

2)Do I need to flash BIOS to last version for FX 8320?I think board have 1309 bios chip

3)I read on this forum,Sabertooth 990fx r2.0 i have problem whit CPU red light,thats true? And have bad sound out ports? :( :( I give 140euro for thats board,and i now found this bug.really i can't believe ASUS have this problems,i hav and M2N68 PLUS(3yerars) and no problems,that why i buy this board -.- :(

4)Stock cooler for FX 8320 have 3pins,or 4pins connector?Because this board dont work whit 3 pins(i think)

This will be full spec:
Board:Sabertooth 990FX r2.0(have)
CPU:FX-8320(coming for 2 days)
RAM:4GB DDR3 1600MHz Kingston Fury(or HyperX)
GPU:ATI SAPPHIRE 4550(have)
HDD:1TB+500GB(system)
Power Supply:500W Chieftec GPA-500S8

CPU will work with 4 pins.
If your system is working- no need to hurry updating bios. (1604 is enough for your CPU)
Dont worry, not so much problems with sabertooth 990fx.
3 pins FANs will work with any mobo, but only without RPM control.

I hope all will be ok :)
1006v need for FX 8320,thats is ok,i checked now :D

But CPU right led and sound card,thats is BIG problem :D :D

OMG,first guy who say me,no have problems whit this mobo...ohh thanks God :D :D :D
What PSU u have? 750W? or better?

Yea,i have 500W Chiftec,but dont need extra power for GPU,and i thinks its will be work FX 8320 :)
