I have a solid gear neutron 650w and i was wondering whether it is enough to crossfire two 270x and power my cpu. (AMD fx 8350)

Solution
No. Even to pull it off you'd need a quality, true rated 650W unit that has 53amps on the 12v rail.

The solid gear neutron 650w is more like a 500W PSU in reality, with only 42 amps/504W on the 12v rail. Plus you'd need 4x 6 pin PCI-E power connectors for the cards, and the PSU only has 1. http://www.solidgearusa.com/en/product_4/4/

You'd need something like this:

XFX Pro 750W: http://pcpartpicker.com/part/xfx-power-supply-p1750snlb9
