BSOD Page fault on non paged area

I would get this BSOD error after about 5~10 minutes of using my computer, i went ahead and downloaded Whocrashed and it generated 10 of these.

SPECS: I3-4130 3.4ghz
12GB RAM
WD BLUE 1TB HDD
GFX: NVIDIA Geforce GTX 650TI

pretty general system crash. What are your specs. Are you monitoring CPU temperature. What were you doing at the time of the BSOD?

updated with specs, running mem test now

what i do is i open up a game, 1-2 min later it crashes, however if i leave the PC alone itll crash anyway in 10-15
