Video card problem

Hi, I have GTX 780 Ti video card, I run Skyrim with a few mods and after a few seconds I start seeing red boxes, like this, but in the game:

After a few seconds, a full black screen and every sound goes on slow motion. After that I just want to reboot. It isn't overheating, went to 50c and then it happened. Instantly after rebooting I started seeing those red boxes in the picture above. I shut down my computer for a few minutes and now it works again.

Tried to run Heaven benchmarks, after 10 seconds it happened again... Is my GPU toast? Bought it just 2 days ago

I was monitoring the temperatures when this happened, 50c GPU ~45c CPU. Should be running everything on stock

All of that seems fine, but what about the PSU? A bad PSU can cause all kinds of weird issues.

I could run Heaven benchmark successfully when I tried it for the first time right after building it, but now it seems like full stress just crashed with those red boxes

4 things come to mind 1 if this is a new card you just installed pull it out wipe of the golden fingers and reseat it and see if it makes better contact in the slot-- - 2 uninstall and reinstall the cards driver as recommended in the NVidia driver footnotes .. 3 psu not supplying the correct power to the card -- 4 faulty card [last ditch]
