-motherboard WILL overheat and is know for catching fire. Change it.
-PSU is barely average average quality. Change it to an Antec, XFX, Seasonic unit.
-The fans you have are static pressure fans designed for CPU cooler and radiators, not case fans.
Your gaming is really a beast. But try to get FX 8350 so you can benefit in future. And if you have a really good budget then just go with GTX 760.It can beat R9 270x with ease..Anyway if you are going with that build, you can max out every game at 1080p.No suggestions needed if you have no more budget. But anyway your rig is good and future proof toooo.HAPPY GAMING

I would switch over to an Intel-based computer. AMD CPUs have low single-core speeds, so running most programs will be faster on an Intel based machine.
Here's one that I'll be building later this summer: http://pcpartpicker.com/user/Nrmgator/saved/cjPKHx
You can switch the GPU over to the R9-270X, but in terms of CPU power, the i3 will dominate the FX-6300

The main reason for picking this one over the others is because it has a 8 power phase design over the 4 power phase design of most 970 mobos. More power phases allow of better overclocking and power delivery to the CPU and the FX 6300 is quite power hungry.
