  1. Please answer the following questions:

    1. What is your budget?
    2. What is the make and model of your current GPU? (If applicable)
    3. What is the make and model of your CPU?
    4. What is the make and model of your motherboard?
    5. What is the make and model of your case?
  2. AMD Radeon R9 270X, or nVidia GeForce GTX 760. The 270X has a better price/performance ratio, but the 760 is a faster card

What he said. The 270x's are pretty darn fast and very reasonably priced.
  5. What power supply do you have?
  6. If you want a card to play newer titles at high/ultra get yourself a gtx 770. The 270x are meant mainly for medium settings on the demanding games and the 760 will not be able to play the newer games at above 60 on ultra settings. So best choice is a 770 or a 280x which is a rebranded 7970 (which benefits from mantle. From past experience with amd and nvidia I would recommend 770.

That is an excellent PSU, and it could handle every GPU out there.

I'd go with the GTX 770 or the R9 280X for high-ultra settings in next-gen games.

What FPS would that get me on crysis 3?
  11. Very high (same as ultra) without AA: http://www.bit-tech.net/hardware/graphics/2013/10/09/msi-radeon-r9-280x-ge-oc-review/5

As you can see the R9 280X gets less fps, but it varies a bit depending on the game.

Sounds good to me :) One more question which model should I get?

    This one:

    or this one:

  13. I recommend the evga card
  14. I'd go with the EVGA card. It's clocked a bit higher and that makes it a bit faster.
