Hello! So, just as the title says.. I have screwed in everything using the provided screws, tightened them as stronkly as I could and fastened the actual fan on the heat sink. The noise pops up at around >1550, but the stronkest at ~1600 RPM. It's a really frustrating thing as every time the CPU does anything (since it's overclocked), the fan spins up and this happens.
