Windows 7 won't install

so recently I decided to wipe my hard drive free of everything and re install windows 7. but when I loaded up the os onto my new drive it says "Windows cannot be installed to Disk 0 Partition 3."

any help would be appreciated.

I guess my last replies haven't been going through as I've been using my phone, so I'll be borrowing a computer until my problem is fixed.

When I go into the advanced options there's only the options "Refresh" and "Load Driver", the rest are greyed out and I can't select any of them. Would you mind telling me how to delete the partitions?
